Tanya T, Bungalow in Scarborough

Project Description:
This project included building new decks, stairs, fences, re-flooring where necessary, replacement of exterior siding, installation of new interior walls where required due to moisture damage, reconstruction of the front porch, new plumbing and electrical.

Resources Used:
The surface has an embossed pattern creating a slip-resistant surface. It's not affected by rock salt or other chemicals used for snow and ice removal. Client Testimonials

"I was very relieved when I was given the firm price on my basement apartment.

It cost me exactly as much as I was quoted in the final agreement. It was important to know your costs up front, especially if you are on the tight budget. "

Client Testimonials

"These guys are very smart. They think before they do something. They did a good job in my apartment.

But I was especially touched when they did my bathroom by delicately using existing structures instead of demolishing everything and building new ones. They saved me not only money, but also my time and my health. "

Client Testimonials

"I was nervous at the beginning. We had to squeeze two apartments into one basement of 700 sq. feet.

It looked impossible, but thanks to them it worked out very well. They have designed optimal layout using very inch of my property, used built-into-ceiling lightening to create bright and spacious look. They choose light cappuccino paint to make premises look warm and cozy.

I am glad that they installed beautiful doors and kitchen cabinets. It is clear that they did not try to save on me by cutting costs here and there. I think I got even more than I wanted. "
